LOADOUT is a brand of MOVS LLC, a California limited liability company. "We" and "us" mean MOVS LLC.

You must be 18 or older — or the age of majority where you live — to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you are.

Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we ship. We may cancel an order for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or stock problems — if we cancel, you are refunded in full and told why.

Subscriptions auto-renew. Each cycle, your card is charged and your refill ships, until you cancel. Cancel any time — one tap in your account, no phone call, no chat queue, no retention script. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund orders already placed. Renewals bill at the then-current subscription price.

Prices are in US dollars and subject to change. Changes apply to future orders. If a subscription price changes, you get email notice before the next renewal — enough time to cancel if the new number does not work for you.

DEPLOY is an over-the-counter (OTC) sunscreen drug product regulated by the FDA. All other LOADOUT products are cosmetics and make no medical claims.

Read the label before use. Stop using any product that does not agree with your skin, and talk to a doctor about medical concerns — that is their lane, not ours.

The LOADOUT name, the step system, and everything on this site — copy, design, code, marks — belong to MOVS LLC or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use only. Do not reproduce it without written permission.

Plainly: the site and products are provided as described. To the fullest extent California law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the products involved. Nothing here limits rights the law says cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in California, and both sides consent to that venue.
